On Track At 3: What’s Important

Language development, learning to regulate emotions and fit into social groups: no wonder toddlerhood is such a wild ride

Toddlers take their rapidly growing brain out on the road to explore the world from 1-3. The brain sucks in language faster than at any other time in life. The more kind words a child hears, the more powerful their language skills. Toddlers are also learning to regulate their emotions and operate successfully in world, so boundary setting and attention from care givers are important.

Because parents and care givers have the biggest influence on the mighty toddler, we’re interested in supporting parents grow their parenting knowledge and skill and their overall wellbeing.
